Nonresponsive support. I've been waiting 2 months, regularly following up, and they never got back to me. Instead, they booked sessions without my consent, caused problems for both me and the therapist, and ended up charging me $90 for what they reassured me would only be a $25 session. Borderline fraudulent so I had to report to my bank who's doing an investigation. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. Update: I provided the info requested via trust pilot about a week ago but have still not heard from them.

I like my therapist. I feel that I am making some progress already. My problem is being able to afford the payments. I believe I will have to stop therapy for the time being.

Lots of really great therapists who are highly qualified and great options for finding the therapist that fits you.

What makes Rula different other therapy platforms is the ease of use to checking in for your appointment to see how Im feeling before i meet my therapist. The availability and the diversity of therapist is a major plus. I am new to therapy and I choose my therapist after reading through a few and its been better than I imagined.

I am very thankful to have gotten paired up with Luis as my therapist. He has helped me tremendously in overcoming past traumas and changing behaviors I put in place to protect myself. I feel like I lead a much happier, stress free life, with him genuinely with EDMR Therapy and our regular sessions he has broken me out of a emotional prison I was in. I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to refer Luis DiSantiago - hes fabulous!
