This review is only based on my first time experience with Rula. Steps were easy. I did not have any preference. I was referred by Kaiser. They already have me in the system. Our first sessions was introductions about ourself (mostly me) and guidelines. She seems genuine and kind. She listened to what I have to say and give guidance where she can. It was also easy to set up your next appointment. They will work with your schedule. I recommend to get help when needed. You don't have to go thru the dark path all by yourself. Having outside perspectives helps you see the situation in a different light instead of sticking to our own tunnel visions. For me, having someone to listen to my ongoing life difficulties helps take the edge of from my constant worrying and racing thought I've been having. I do think it is a proper step to get help but you have to want to get help tho. By continuing with my therapy sessions, I hope to better myself, live out the rest of my life peacefully,regained what was lost thru this depressing moments, learned from experiences and to be joyful and normal again. It is also important to make sure you have a good communication and connection. You have a choice to continue or change you therapist. Feel it out, I go by vibes. You need to be able to feel comfortable, confident enough so you can open up. My therapist was awesome for our first session. It's a big relief when you know you'll be ok because she/he can be your safe space. Again, this review is based on my first sessions so far. I wish everyone who seek helps get help, be well and stay strong.

Making therapy accessible is a pretty big issue these days and Rula brings accessibility and the choice to choose who you might feel better suits you. It’s a great platform and the two clinicians I have are knowledgeable, compassionate, and show up for you. Response time when reaching out is always quick and kind. It has been an extremely positive experience.

Customer service is superior. This organization is very organized. From the beginning, I was able to make an appointment with ease and seen in a timely manner.

I have a therapist that not only listens, but offers different ways of approaching situations or thought processes. I’m learning options to recovery. I highly recommend participating in your own recovery with a Rula provider.
