Where to begin? My provider was terrible. She can’t communicate, she can’t operate the computer, she can’t pay attention, and she can’t retain information — she repeats herself and asks the same questions over and over. This is not somebody who should be working with mental health patients. Besides that, they matched me with another provider who, after I paid the co-pay and spent 30 minutes with him, realized he isn’t licensed to prescribe medication in my state. NOT GREAT!!

Both providers are very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Best experience I’ve ever had.

Booking process is very easy and simple to follow. Counselors are professional and very attentive and welcoming.

It is very easy to book and very easy to see who is available. Something additional would be to make in person appointments an option when someone is offering both in person and virtual or at least clarify which days/times are in person maybe like an extra section for that. For virtual therapy with more than one person, I think including an option to add their contact info to receive direct communication to join separately would help a lot.

Rula still has not worked out my billing situation. i love my therapist but the unorganized way everything else is handled leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. i still can't see a psychiatrist, because apparently you don't have one in my network, so I am forced to go without medication for my severe anxiety. So, the only thing i like about your company is my therapist. Otherwise I would not be here.

Very easy to find a therapist that specializes in the issues I want to work on!
