I had great therapy with a wonderful person

Jordan was super helpful for me and very easy to work with - I’d recommend him to anyone.

My counselor listens carefully and is attuned to my goals for therapy. I was very skeptical at first but find talking "head-to-head" without the distractions of an office helps. It is good to have someone validate my feelings and help me work through them. I was sent helpful information that I rely on in times of stress or anxiety. I feel like my counselor is invested in a positive outcome for me and will be there as needed.

Rula is a very easy platform to find and have access to incredible providers. All of my interactions have been great! Even the provider I chose not to stay with was great, we just didn't click. I was able to find a provider through their clear profiles and east filters.

I was referred to Rula through an employee assistance program when I was having a really tough time and I'm so grateful for their services. From the first phone call to the ease of booking, cancellation and finding a therapist that aligned more with my schedule, I found a great therapist and in less than 5 sessions have started seeing great results. I can't thank them enough for helping me in such a dark time.

I have a great provider who is patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and very easy to talk to.
