Rula has been a horrible experience for my mental health. Incompetent providers and to make matters worst 3 months after my service they billed me $200 for an appointment I did not have.

My experience has been wonderful. Specifically the ease of using the technology, quick response time from the billing department, ease of reaching my therapist if needed, and my therapist is highly skilled and professional. I’ve remained more consistent with my therapy with Rula than with any past counselor or platform. Highly recommend!

I’ve never had a therapist discuss billing with me and it made my visit awkward. Also, I never had therapists do laundry or walk a dog while talking to me. I will be finding another provider.

I lost internet during my appointment. There was not a clear way to communicate this with my therapist. The therapist should be able to call on the phone with a hidden number if this happens. I was left to just troubleshoot for 20 or so minutes before I was able to get back into my appointment via slow cellular service.

Phil is a very nice and patient dr. I like is sincere conversation.

The professional are terrific

Good talks with an understanding therapist, not afraid to challenge me, gives good clear instructions. There are places where signing up feels unnecessarily lengthy.

I appreciate the ease of use and clarity on everything but my only issue is that I have to get a link sent to my email every time I want to log in which makes things take longer. But I understand it's probably more secure that way.
