Being able to access online therapy…
Being able to access online therapy anywhere is convenient for me. The providers I’ve found listen and have helped me more than I thought possible!

Your insurance department is…lacking
Your insurance department is incompetent I am still waiting on my refunds. They consistently misread my benefits and the fact that you can’t reach out to them via phone directly leads to misinterpretation and miscommunication

Provider was rude and insensitive
Provider was rude and insensitive. She did not help me meet my treatment goals, she assumed a lot and didn’t listen , tried to correct me on health history when she knew nothing about me.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Make it impossible to log in (1 month + to be able to access, they ask me many times the same thing through email and text); after I am able to get in, now they ask for insurance info which they have (I also chat about this with them) and it is impossible to fill this info (did I mention they already have it?), ...so absurd, ridiculous system...

Do not use
Do not use. Booked with a provider, never showed and charged. Tried a second provider, poor internet and tried to do a session on the phone, did not seem prepared or qualified, also charged. Then charged again without any service. No customer service by phone. DO NOT TRUST.

Being able to finally open up to…
Being able to finally open up to someone and not feel my younger self has a safe understanding respectful place to share my pain I never felt I could share with anyone else in my 53 years of my life. My journey here started slowly until I found I was safe,understood,respected and felt peace to let go of my past pain with tears, screaming, yelling, being able to get it out without having judgment. Has helped me in my current life ups & downs with understanding and respect.
