I am very happy with my therapist.

I had a pretty horrendous experience with a therapist from Rula that was highly rated. She was a somatic therapist who often behaved unprofessionally, and in my first treatment told me traumatic stories associated with her patient and how they k*lled someone then ask me what I thought about that situation. Among some other really unfortunate behavior. When I reached out to see if I could file a complaint Rula first, closed my ticket but reopened it after I left a bad CSAT. When they replied they wouldn’t let me leave a review and even said they’d share what I’d said so far with the therapist (without my permission). Despite being a company for therapy they provide very low EI for their support experiences. I even had to pay for the appointment that my therapist wanted to reschedule because I was angry at how she was talking to me.

I like my therapist. Location. Is easy to get to. Counseling room is comfortable.

My therapist has been awesome! Very helpful.

Fortunately, the quality of the therapeutic experience with the LCSW therapist has outweighted the agonizing 6-8 wk wait and process from date of physician referral (10/24/25) to RULA to finally hearing back from RULA in order to select a therapist and then schedule an appointment for 12/23/25 .

Riah Skrinnik has been wonderful. She has helped me understand my PTSD and is working hard to help me restore my mental health.

Very pleased especially in light of changes in appointments.

The accessibility and efficiency of the experience was valuable. The ease of which we are able to communicate with our therapist is wonderful.
