Scheduling was very smooth

Great experience and explanation

I feel the counselors are great. However, the administration part can be time consuming and frustrating. I wish I could see my secondary insurance so I can be sure the information is correct. I also wish that couples counseling had a way to have both people listed. Our therapy was under my husband's name. When I got Medicare along with my other insurance, we had to start over to put it under my name. Nothing we had discussed with the previous counselor could be seen.

The time availability is great for working parents! The therapist I was assigned to is amazing and has taught me so much in 3 sessions than whatever I was doing with a different company. I’m so grateful to have found this therapist with Rula!
