Rula helps
I feel like my psych and I are working together to find the correct treatment plan for me. I’m not just getting a random med thrown my way but instead taking my experiences into account to find the right medication.

They have no idea what mental health means
This organization is a joke.This is supposed to be a mental health service but nothing I have seen supports that. My therapist FIRED me while I was having a panic attack due to a rare illness I had last year. She fired me mid panic attack!!! And said she won’t be charging me for the session… but NO. Here we are a year later and I am still being invoiced! And the invoice gets sent at night? Is this supposed to support my mental health??? This service is AWFUL!

I have been using Rula for online…
I have been using Rula for online therapy, and it has been a positive experience. The platform in convenient and easy to use. I get reminders of my appointments. Being able to attend sessions from home has made it much easier to stay consistent, especially with a busy schedule. The sign-up and matching process was easy and I appreciated how quickly I was able to get started.
