I didn’t think my therapist could help, I didn’t even think therapy would help when I lost my son. My therapist was able to bring me out of a dark place and now I’m continuing to make progress.

This is my third time going to rula for therapy. Each time I feel safe and comfortable. They listen and tailor goals to look forward to. It's affordable enough that I can actually get the help I need as an autistic adult who needs structur and a bit of extra help

He put forth a great amount of skillful strategies to begin, what we sense will make our counseling journey very effective and successful, for us individually and as a couple with longterm results!
