Ive tried online therapy many times and this is the first time I feel like its actually helping. Its been super easy to set up & do. Its easy to find a therapist tailored to your specific needs. Its just so easy & simple which is GREAT for people who are burned out or suffering with executive dysfunction. I set it up for myself AND my family. I recommend to EVERYONE.

The process is SO easy! Each of therapists have been so kind, approachable and extremely helpful. I wish we lived in a world where therapy wasn’t needed. But because it unfortunately is, these are the two ladies I’d choose.

I’ve been using Rula for over 5 years and overall it’s been a really good experience. They make it pretty easy to stay connected with both my therapist and psychiatrist, and I like that things are usually handled without a lot of back and forth. On the rare times I’ve had to follow up, it’s still been manageable and not a headache, which is a major relief when you’re already dealing with a lot mentally. One thing I really appreciate is being able to choose providers based on what feels right for me. Being able to find a female Latina provider made a big difference in how comfortable and understood I felt. It’s been consistent, easy to use, and supportive over the years. I’ve recommended Rula to a lot of people because of how simple they make getting care.
