Tech support was very responsive to resolve initial issues I had entering the portal.

The appt with the therapist was seamless, however, my appt with the psychiatric NP was canceled w/o any explanation as to why? Thus 4 instead of 5 stars.

Having the ability to be flexible and to speak freely has given me a sense of normalcy. Not having a voice and learning to communicate openly, honestly, and respectful. I’m a work in progress.

My therapist and I are getting to know one another. Our backgrounds are different and we a establishing common ground and reference. We are making progress.

Roneet gets down to the nitty gritty of my life. She’s direct, honest and willing to help. “No bullshitting a bullshitter”!
