I met with a therapist the first time and the 2nd session was already setup, she messaged me a little before the 2nd session and said she had to reschedule. We setup the next day at the same time. She confirmed the appointment. I signed in and she did not show. I waited the entire hour. I was very disappointed.

They establish a mutually acceptable time slot for my appointments and automatically book them several weeks out. Couldn't be easier! They are terrific.
