RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

I ordered a room size runner and a door rug and they are great. The rugs are amazingly thick and brilliant colors. I will use this company any time I need to get new carpets, and I will recommend this site to everyone that I can.

Easy order from beginning to end! Excellent quality rug.

We purchased our rug for our family room a few weeks ago. Love the colors! Matches perfectly! My one complaint is that the rug was very wrinkled. Must have been in the package a long time. I tried steam cleaning it, not soaking it. Still is wrinkled. We've had it now for about a month---still wrinkled! Oh well! Any suggestions??

it was on time and better then the pic

Still on the fence about returning the rug I received. It is a beautiful rug; high quality. Not sure if it goes with my decor. I will definately order a replacement with them as they have great service.

I am pleased with the delivery service of my runner and area rug from RugPal. The colors are quite different from the catalog, but luckily the beige background instead of gold background looks good with the other colors in my rooms. I did read the disclaimer online that the rugs may not look exactly like the catalog photos. So I accept the difference in appearance. Thank you

Rugs are gorgeous. Prices very reasonable. Arrived promptly. Really classes up my house. So very, very happy!!!
