RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

Tracking information sent three days after delivery. Requested signature upon delivery because we are not currently living at this residence and planned on being there the day it was to be delivered. Rug sat on front porch for two days one of which it was raining. Still don't have rug pad and have no idea where it is.

The wrong carpets were delivered. Notified RugPal on delivery day (December 28) and was told it might take three working days for their return department to get back with us. Today is the third working day (January 3rd) and no response. Will give them one more day to respond ....likely heavy returns after the Christmas holiday ..... before I notify my credit card company.

Bought 3 rugs and were processed and taken out of account and days later: Oops, rug no longer available. Would you like to shop for different rug. If I wanted a different rug I would have ordered it. So, now I have 2 rugs shipped to me and can't have the 3rd one. I want matching rugs, not a rug that doesn't match. I'm frustrated. With technology today you should be able to keep track of what you do and don't have in stock!!!😕

I purchased a 9'x12' $1,219.00 rug which clearly was advertised that it was rust color. First when it was delivered, I had to help the delivery man carry the heavy carpet off the truck. I opened the rug half way only to find that there was no rust color at all! It was mostly mauve, beige and mint green but nothing even close to rust! I called the same shipping company and returned the rug the next day. Different delivery man but once again I had to assist in loading the heavy carpet onto the truck. I even had to return my "free" rug pad that RugPal sent in a separate box. Even though the delivery man said that there would not be a charge to return the rug and pad, I was later sent a bill for $89.00. RugPal states 7 to 10 business days for a refund once received and inspected at the warehouse, which it was the next day but after 16 business days I emailed RugPal with all the supporting documentation to inquire where my refund was. I didn't receive a reply until the next day and it still took an additional two days to get my refund. So for a rug that was misrepresented by RugPal it cost me time, effort and money. I'll never do business with RugPal again nor recommend them.

Came on time and completely packaged. When I opened the plastic there was a distinct odor. I placed the rug outside to see if airing it out would help. 24 hrs later I laid it down on floor. Came back 4 hrs later and actually thought my dog pooped in the house. Come to find out its the rug....ant suggestions on how to get rid of the smell? I love the color and size. .. but the smell is terrible! !

I ordered one size, never received an e mail, called one week later to find out they sold the last one out from under me. Office stay admitted communication area between warehouse and order processing. Now don't trust them.

Ordering & delivery from on-line purchase went very well. But: 1. Color rendition from internet was not even close to the actual product. 2. The rug was rolled very tightly with the back side out creating a problem for the rug to lay flat. (after 2 weeks the creases are still there) 3. I should have read the specs more thoroughly-the rug is very thin

Love the red leather shag rug - but - my hubby's white socks seemed to be turning red on the bottom. The only place we could figure out where this was happening was the new red rug. We moved the rug and found that the red dye even rubbed off on the beige carpet it was on. Too bad we had to roll it up & put it away.
