RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

This was the most painless experience I've had. I was amazed at the quality of the rug. It was as described and arrived so quickly. I have already sang their praises to everyone who's visited.

RugPal is good about letting the customer know that the colors on the actual rug can be substantially different from the colors in the picture. However, they also need to mention that the texture of the weave itself is not at all what is shown in the picture. So, although the rug I received is nice, it is not what I wanted. It wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't paid almost $200 for it and if I didn't have to pay more money now to return it.

great people to deal with service delivery was excellent would deal again with this company.rug looked liked the picture great product

I was a little disappointed on the quality of the rug. It's thin but for the price it is good for my kids to play on.

I was hesitant to order a rug online without seeing the product in person, but I couldn't find anything in stores that was remotely close to what I wanted. When my rug arrived, I was please to discover the product was just like it had been described online and that the pictures were an excellent preview. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping at RugPal in the future.

I've ordered from RugPal several times and have always been very pleased with quality of the rugs I've purchased and the time it takes for them to arrive at my house. I highly recommend RugPal!

This rug was delivered on time, when I unrolled it the rug was more beautiful than it showed on my computer. The size is perfect and the thickness is fantastic. I have Tile floors and open concept floor plan, my living room was always on the cold side, the rug I had was indoor/outdoor and very thin. This rug is thick and feels so good on my feet. I no longer have to turn the heat up to 78 in the evening, because 70 feels just fine. This rug does shed when you vacuum it, I'm waiting to see if that stops after a while. I am so glad I found RugPal on my computer when I was looking for a new rug.

I had a lot of questions about the rugs we were thinking of buying. The customer service was very helpful and answered all of our questions pile height to the rug care. Ordering was easy and the rug arrived in a short amount of time. Love the rug we bought.
