The rug arrived just as described. The shipping time was longer than expected, but nonetheless, we were happy with our purchase, and the price.

I went on the website searching for rugs for my kitchen and bathroom I was shocked to find some really great sale deals. I purchased a rug and received a confirmation email only to have my order cancelled without ever being told it was going to be cancelled. When I called to find out what happened I was told that the website price was inaccurate. I never received an email stating that my purchase was going to be cancelled and had I not been watching my bank account I would have never known. Very disappointed as I was super excited about the rugs I had ordered and the experience has made me never want to order from this website again.

Good quality, I needed a runner for a new white tile floor and this works perfectly.

The online description and sales slip clearly say item number HK11H, but the item when it was shipped, was clearly labeled HK11I on the package barcode. We wanted the brown, not blue. Return Reason: Wrong item was sent

I recently bought two rugs with RugPal. One was great, showed up as expected and has been easy to clean. The other has been such a disappointment that I gave it away. First, the site didn't identify that the rug had no grip on the back. I bought a rug pad with it, since I couldn't tell, and good thing I did. However, even with that, the rug slipped and was hard to keep in place. Second, I have a senior dog who has accidents occassionally. I typically spot clean with enzymes and a rug cleaner if this happens, but the rug immediately started to bleed its color. So I had it professionally cleaned. The cleaners noted how much it was bleeding as well and had to clean it by hand (more expensive, less effective). After all this, I decided it just wasn't worth it and gave the rug away. As a pet parent, i need something I can clean... And, while one rug has been great, the other doesn't fit the bill. Since there's no easy way to tell which is which before I order, I won't be using RugPal again.

I was unable to quickly find a rug for our new home and move-in was quickly approaching. I was able to find what I was looking for at a good price at RugPal. They have a huge selection of colors and styles and the one I chose is exactly the size, color combination, and style to work in my little dining area. They addressed my concerns about rural delivery quickly and the rug arrived in wonderful condition--free pad too! Very nice experience!
