I was hesitant to order this product because the price seemed so reasonable and I was concerned about the quality. However, now that the carpet has had time to lie flat for a couple weeks, I am totally pleased. The 1/4" thickness is perfect for a hall landing area. A pad underneath keeps the carpet in place. The design and colors are just what I needed and exactly what was pictured online. I would do business with this firm again.

i was afraid the colors on the site wouldn't look the same when I got it but was pleased when I unwrapped it and it looked just like the picture. It compliments my living room and couldn't be happier. The price was just a bonus for this good quality rug.

I am now still waiting for my information and returning process. I don't mind that I have to pay to return the item I bought but seriously! The company needs to clearly inform buyers of the colors. The runner I purchased was gray and bone. Actually the bone was more of a yellowish color and did not match. I contacted the company to return and I have already purchased a replacement runner from RugPal and now waiting for both items to be delivered (return info & new runner). Sorry RugPal but your colors are a little off.

Rugpal was a great site for searching for a rug. They were the only online retailer I could find with rugs that would fit in a cubicle (square 7ft x 7ft). And they had GREAT selection. I probably scrolled through a few hundred rugs before finding the one I chose in my price range and design tastes. I was tempted to give them a 4/5 star rating only because their shipping takes 2-3 weeks. But the shipping was free. Also, when the rug arrived, it was rolled with the bottom of the rug out. This has caused the edge of the carpet to twist up fairly significantly. But I just laid it upside down for a 2 days and then rolled it with the top out for a day and it has pretty much flattened out now. Overall a very easy company to deal with though!
