Excellent customer service. I reached out to them regarding a promotion, and they set up the online order for me. The rug was very quick to ship. The only hiccup was that I had to reach out to them to inquire about the shipping status of my free rug pad, as it did not arrive with the rug. The rug pad shipped the next day. Overall, great company and service. I would recommend RugPal.

Looking for area rugs at different sites before I found this one via Amazon. Saw that RugPal was the shipper for the particular sizes on back order at other different places, so I went to their website to see if they them in stock. They were, and at the same price, and even offered a 15% discount.

RugPal did not have the rug we ordered in stock. Customer service was on top of it and assured me that that the stock was being replenished. I noted that we were moving. Customer service took down the new address for when the shipment would come in. Took away a star because they still sent it to the original address. Luckily, it arrived much earlier than we anticipated. Customer service was always proactive and friendly.

The site is awesome. There are so many rugs to choose from, from a variety of colors, designs, sizes, to materials. I was so excited to find the rug I was looking at in store with the same exact material for cheaper on here. The site was easy to navigate and can easily sort and tailor to what you are looking for. I've even called customer service with a couple questions which made me more confident with my order and the site itself.

I went to the Rug Pal website after I discovered that Decor Market told me my order was out of stock. I placed my order with Decor Market on 4/19. I followed up with the the following week and they told me it should ship soon. I then called again on Monday only to be told my rug was out of stock. I was very upset. I was fortunate to find the same rug on Rug Pal. I had to call to have the 10% discount to be applied but the gal who helped me was happy to do it. She was very helpful. I ended up buying two rugs.

Wow! I couldn't believe how quickly I received my order from RugPal. I placed my order online on a Saturday and received my beautiful rug on Wednesday. Very happy! 😀

Order placement was easy. All details of purchase and optional returns were included. I have not received the product as yet. I would have liked a detailed description of rug content. Also the colors of the same rug show differently on same page. I'm hoping that it's okay
