I ordered 2 runners 1 is a 2'x 4' and the other is a 2'x 8' and 2 pads for the runners on 11-23-2014. On 12-01-2014 I received The 8' runner. then a week or so later I received the what was supposed to be 2'x4' rug which turned out to be 5" short. It was supposed to be 48" long and instead it was 43" long.Then I got a notice that the 8' Rug wasn't available and would take 60 days to be delivered.I told them that was ok I could wait. I got an e-mail. On 11-28-2014 they e-mailed my to say they were shipping the 2'x4' rug pad. I haven't seen it to date. So what I have right now is a 4'x2' rug that is too short and a 2' x 8' rug pad. The 2'x4' rug pad is MIA, and the 2'x 8' rug is who knows where? I'm a very understanding person, but you guys have really let me down!! I don't know what to do about the short rug. Please advise Dale

Ordered a very large rug and the company was very helpfull with shipping information and delivery instructions. Rug arrived on time and was unloaded into garage as it was too heavy for driver. Did manage to get into home and after the initial month of shedding it is beautiful. Would use again.

I ordered a rug in August. It's been back ordered 3 times and I paid for it. I have no idea now if it is ever coming and they've kept my money.

I had never purchased a rug before and was a bit hesitant. I waited about a week and decided to go ahead and order because I got free shipping and a free underpad. The husband and I are very happy with it and so glad we went ahead and made the purchase. I would purchase from them again if needed.

I purchased an indoor/outdoor Loloi rug for my patio this past summer and have loved it. It is very comfortable to walk on and stayed very clean looking through the summer, and true to its word, you could hose it off if needed. It really cheered up my patio. I stored mine inside for the winter and look forward to using it again this summer.

I was pleased with the price, the value for the money and the prompt shipment of my rug. Would highly recommend.
