Purchasing from this place it's been nothing but good experience and wonderful they communicate very well. If I ask a question they respond very quickly and a very helpful. I ordered three glass shades and a plate to hang them on and they all arrived safely and in perfect condition. I didn't realise this Company existed and have purchased all the lights I need now apart from the room that they have supplied me otherwise I would have purchased them from them. Thanks so much . Number one for lights …
I have used Rufat lights lots of the times every time great customer service . Deliverd the goods on time and as promised , I would highly recommend Rufat lights for the number one shop for all lighting great prices and high quality , even after sales fast customer service , From me it’s 10/10 . This is one of the best retailers I’ve ever dealt with online, I had some issues at my end, every email I sent was immediately dealt with promptly and I very politely efficient manner which made the transactions a pleasure.

Auf meine Fragen habe ich schnell eine Antwort bekommen und es wurde alles getan, um meine Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen. So stelle ich mir Kundenservice vor! Ich kann den Shop bedenkenlos empfehlen. Habe zum dritten Mal etwas bestellt und die Lieferung kam immer gut verpackt und in einem annehmbaren Zeitfenster bei mir an. Ich hatte auch immer einen Link, wo ich den Versandstatus beobachten konnte.

NOOOOOOOO..dont do it
Notice most reviews are " not capable " "didnt work" but were satified with return process. I bought 2 LED aluminum strip lights. My lights never worked, couldnt find a way to make them work. Customer service set instructions that were not for my light, YouTube video, also not for product I bought. My project was delayed by a company that knows their lights arent capable to u.s or canadian wiring. Will tryfor refund, SOOOOOO disappointed with Rufat.

Order arrived quickly with good communication. The product was as described but It didn’t suit my needs so I was given a generous refund offer. I will definitely use this company again
