Most things about these lights are very good. However they take very long to charge, a few hours.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that you find most aspects of the lights very good. Regarding the charging time, this is related to the built-in battery capacity, which is designed to provide longer and more stable usage once fully charged. Your comment is appreciated and helps us continue improving. - The Rufat Lights team

Ranjeet is Exceptional
Ranjeet has continually made my experience at Rufat exceptional. He should be held up as a model of someone who is a liaison between your company and customers (or potential customers). I truly appreciate Ranjeet's communication style: he replies quickly, and if he needs a bit of time to find an answer, he let's me know that he's reaching out to the team and will get back to me. And then he does! He is a true asset to Rufat. Anna Herzberger-Button

Don't buy
Don't buy. I spent £250 and the light took a while to arrive and when it did, it was from China and in hundreds of parts and components. It was impossible to build and I've no idea how to send it back or get a refund. Of course this was a real order! I've lost £250! The light fitting is in hundreds of parts unassembled in the original packaging in my attic. Your a Chinese company scam!
