Don't buy
Don't buy. I spent £250 and the light took a while to arrive and when it did, it was from China and in hundreds of parts and components. It was impossible to build and I've no idea how to send it back or get a refund. Of course this was a real order! I've lost £250! The light fitting is in hundreds of parts unassembled in the original packaging in my attic. Your a Chinese company scam!

NOOOOOOOO..dont do it
Notice most reviews are " not capable " "didnt work" but were satified with return process. I bought 2 LED aluminum strip lights. My lights never worked, couldnt find a way to make them work. Customer service set instructions that were not for my light, YouTube video, also not for product I bought. My project was delayed by a company that knows their lights arent capable to u.s or canadian wiring. Will tryfor refund, SOOOOOO disappointed with Rufat.

Don't Buy: don't meet Canadian or US standard sizing
Wish I had read the reviews before buying. As mentioned in another review, do not buy if you are in Canada or US as their lights do not fit our standardized junction boxes and my electrician refused to install them. There is a very easy solution but this team had gone back and forward many times although i have provided the specific measurements needed by our electrical code.I have been trying to work with their team for weeks at this point i think they are dicking me around hoping I will give up. These lights are too expensive to not receive the proper parts or the right support. Don't buy their products.

Die gekaufte Lampe kommt genauso aus China, wie die billigeren Kopien auf Amazon. Da hätten wir uns locker 100€ sparen können, von der Qualität nicht besonders hochwertig. Noch schlimmer, die Bewertung, die wir direkt auf rufatligts.de abgegeben haben, wurde direkt gelöscht. Es werden nur positive Reviews dort angezeigt - sehr objektiv! Wir haben die Zig-Zag-Lampe und die einzelnen Teile sind so leicht, dass die Kabel, an denen sie hängt, nichtmal gerade gezogen werden. Ich kann von einem Kauf nur abraten, leider :(

If you live in USA or Canada don't…
If you live in USA or Canada don't bother ordering from this company. Installation parts are not standard to North American fittings, and return policy is a nightmare. I had to void the credit card transaction with mastercard in order to get my money back. I tried 11 different times with the owner of the company to get a return code to send back my light at my own cost but could get nothing out of them. I really wanted to send the light back and honor my side but they refuse to give me a return code.

Most of our customers are from the USA and Canada and successfully use our lights without problems.
