Great customer service
My light came and it was extremely well packaged. Despite that, it did have a broken globe... but Rufat immediately offered to replace it. Before they did they asked if there were any other issues. There were not. However I decided it would not work in the space I originally intended it and I asked to return. They were diligent and accepting and helped to resolve the issue. I would absolutely buy from them again. No hesitation. I also bought the bird sconces and will be installing in my new tiny home soon. I cant wait to see how beautiful they turn out.

Banana light received but broken
Banana light received but broken. Ranjeet sent a replacement very quickly. Impressed by their service.

Very happy with the product
Very happy with the product. I reached out to customer service for assembly instructions and they responded with what I needed. I hung light today and it is very attractive. I’ll Do Business with them again!

Great purchasing experience
The chandelier is really beautiful and the customer service has been excellent. With so many companies out of China not living up to their promises of service and quality of product, this company stands out as an exception. I would not hesitate to buy from them.
