I purchased two lights and there were…
I purchased two lights and there were some missing parts. After contacting Ranjeet, they worked with the manufacturer and sent me a new light instead of trying to get parts. Great Job!!!

Great Care with My Kitchen Light
I spent a lot of time searching for a light for my kitchen. Rufat had the perfect light at the perfect price! When it got caught up in customs, I was frustrated/disappointed, but Ranjeet in Customer Service saved the day, offering to send a new light. The responsiveness and care was second to none. For that alone, highly recommend and I will shop Rufat again.
