Quality of hats Great shipping and packing of hat.

My hat was delivered in very good condition. Problem, I ordered the wrong size. Ordered Ex and should have ordered LG. It was the Noir hat. I'm trying to exchange for the LG but not sure if it is available. Waiting for a return lable for exchange or return.

My first purchase was a pleasant surprise, delivered packaged very well. Second purchase had to return/exchange, and that process was done very quickly. The customer service was excellent as well as the product. Love my hats, thanks again. DJG
