Great customer service communication. I received my hat in a very well package box, I ordered size L and it was big, I contacted them by email which is the only way you can communicate with customer service, I explained the issue, immediately issued me a return label with no additional cost to me, they received the hat, and immediately they shipped size M to me, which I received in a reasonable time

Hat shipped fairly quickly, arrived crooked in a very sturdy box. So the top had some crushed spots and the front brim was bent up pretty bad. Took some time with the steamer to reshape and work the crushed spots out. Material is a little different than I expected. Not the same felt feel I expected. Overall, it looks good, fits a little big, and will get some good use.

Ordering from Ruediger was a breeze. I wasn’t sure what size to get for my 24 1/2 inch head. They recommended a 61 which is what I bought. I was impressed when the box came. The hat was shipped in a well built box. The box is clearly designed so their hats arrive in perfect condition. The hat is well made and done with quality materials. I like that mine is slightly different than the one pictured on the web sight. Looks custom made for me. Like all wool hats of this type, it took a little bit to break mine in. I am very well pleased with my hat. I am an old man and yesterday I had a lady half my age compliment me on this hat.

Went with how they said to measure and it’s the wrong size. Know I want to return to get a different size but they won’t respond to my request. So now I just want my money back. Because they seem to not care about their customers.

The hat feels like it was made of cardboard. For the price I thought I was buying a hat with quality material.
