Looks and feels perfect!

Fast delivery, perfect packaging, and the hat is amazing, dare I say better than advertised.

Hat wasn't exactly the same color but nonetheless nice. My second hat from the company and satisfied with both.

I'm extremely disappointed with this hat that I purchased from Ruediger Hats. Two things that made me completely disappointed and frustrated. 1) Sizing - their sizing is drastically off! 2)Coloring of this hat is nothing - absolutely nothing like the pictures on their website show! There's no burnt worn in look at all to this horribly made hat. I have many, many hats ranging from "Open Road" style to Fedora to newsboy cap to cowboy style. I wear the same size in all of my hats - and from different top renown companies as well. I always wear a size Medium 7" - 7 1/8" (22 1/4" - 22 5/8"). This hat that I purchased from Ruediger Hats, which is a size Medium, is grossly off! It's too big!!! Their size Medium measurements, which is listed on their website with the same numerical measurements, as what I wear and what other top hat companies list, is grossly oversized! I chose a size Medium and the inside is too big! This is not a size Medium and/or a size 7" - 7 1/8"! I have to insert two to three "hat reducers" in order to make it sit on my head! Just frustrated and disappointed with entire product! The sizing is grossly off and the coloring is only, a bad brown. It's supposed to have a burnt/smoky/worn-in look to it... There is no detail to it! It looks like they just pulled it off the assembly line, shaped it - without adding the hand-detailing burnt look! A complete waste of money!

I was able to get a refund on the hat that I purchased. Unfortunately, it did not fit me but it looked great. I appreciated their support and service during the process.

We are pleased with the company in terms of their customer services. They really took the time and the immediate steps to address the return issue that we were having, and made things right. Even though the hat we purchased didn’t work out, this is a company that I’d trust to buy from again.

Its given me a new persona and confidence.
