Greatest High Quality fair priced unique hat company today. Although they did have a rough patch with deformed hats, they have since gotten better boxes, stiffer hats and t stars from me. Glad I did not give up on them. My only complaint is not enough different crown styles.

Overall my experience was good. The hat I ordered was not exactly what I was looking for but they were willing to assist me to help return the hat

Your marketing was dead-on for me…I’m a big cigar guy and the pic that forced my hand to immediately buy the hat was a dude in sunglasses, smoking a cigar, and rockin’ the rustic western fedora. The turnaround time was quick, the packaging was pristine, and the hat care items that came with the hat were nice, quality items. The touch-up instructions were easy to follow and this hat gets compliments, literally, every time I wear it. I’m already shopping for my second hat from Ruediger!
