Everyone has been extremely professional, informative, courteous and emphatic. Every step in the process has been carefully explained and inline with the time table they set. I had a question when I received my first shipment and my counselor Tammy was so patient with me. Tammy took the time to explain my prescription, medication schedule and what I should expect. I feel very optimistic about the future results.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The process is so streamlined and efficient. I know I made the right choice. Very happy.

I just recently began treatment. However, the staff has been professional, and friendly. Whenever I have a question, they respond right away. I will update my review as time goes on, but thus far, I have NOT had an unpleasant experience. I feel like I made the right decision by choosing Royal Medical.

I’m going to skip over the libido part and mention other benefits. My life force has come back. I am no longer sleeping 10 hours or more a day. I feel great when I wake up, Have motivation to do everything I thought about doing but wouldn’t. I am happier, Driven and sleep full nights rest in 5-7 hours. I have more time with my family, Drink less coffee, and my man tits are now muscle like it used to be. I never knew about TRT but now know, I needed it in my early 30s when I started taking naps all the time, Currently 39 years old. I’m never going back to my old life ever again. My mental focus is clear not foggy, I can recall much quicker now when having a thought while talking to someone. My depression is gone, and I no longer tear up and cry over random things. I feel more balanced out, again happier. PS: My libido is back to high school levels where BMX videos cause random blood flow to occur where it counts.

Everything was great except the doctor visit. He was very professional but talked a million miles an hour. It’s important to remember I don’t understand the treatment as well as the doctor and when he asked if I had any questions I was still processing what he had said. Overall though amazing service and would recommend. However, 7 days later and still Haven’t received fed ex shipment. Probably will get here in the next few days. It was delayed for some reason. Although fedex is it’s own company and has nothing to do with royal.

Absolutely disgusted with this customer service. Immediately when I signed up they force you to pay $195, which is supposed to included your first months treatment and dr consult. I had my dr consult which was 10 mins of a dr rambling on like he was reading from a script, didn’t let me get a word in edgewise wise. They told me to send a picture of my blood pressure and then we can start. Well my blood pressure was high and they told me they needed for it to be a little lower before starting. So I go to doctor and find out i have some kidney issues and cannot start treatment bc it would be Absolutely dangerous to start with out clearing this issue. Enter the terrible customer service of Royal, I email them and ask for a refund of my $195 until I can clear my issue up. They immediately say NO just wait till you feel better and then come back for treatment. I said i don’t know how long of ever I’ll be id like my money back please. They continued to shut me down and tell me that it’s not their fault i signed the agreement that said the $195 was supposed to be used for the first month of treatment and dr’s consult and now I can’t continue. Their own dr didn’t even give me clearance to start the program and they told me for the 10 min rambling that’s what cost $195! It’s honestly not only that, they are doing the worst cookie cutter program I’ve ever seen ! We had three people call them all different ages and sizes, the dr read his generic script and said “every starts at 200mg of testosterone mix with anti estrogen” which is completely wrong if you do any research ! Pleas please stay away, I do not know how they got these many positive reviews with the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and now I’m out $195. Hope I can save you your money and health ahead of time ! Look up dr Eric fete and Ali Gilbert or even look on YouTube at the channel trt and hormone optimization channel. Well off to the BBB and any other place I can help warn people of these scam artist!

First week of trt! Everything is great so far! Amazing people and doctor was really fast! Best place for trt in my opinion and cheapest!
