To whom it may concern, I purchased the service in Dec of 2020 and of today I have recieved an incorrect prescription on the first shipment. Then I was force to pay shipping cost to return the incorrect items . Now as 1/18/21 I recieved an incomplete package and no apologies for the mistakes. While being told,that I ,customer did something wrong by the office manager of for these mistakes ....Incredibly unbelievably poor service I am sorely disappointed. I need to speak to Dr. Rodiguez.

Like a lot of folks, I dread having to do this kind of stuff. Getting help for an issue you know is there is sometimes hard to admit and seek help for. Putting your information on the website is the first step and ultimately the hardest part of this entire process. Royal Medical literally took care of the rest. Upon first contact with Pete all the way to having medicine and supplies shipped to my doorstep, Royal Medical gave thorough instructions through the entire process to make this one of the easiest of the “difficult” decisions any man has to make.
