Update: after leaving this review, one of the founding directors called me and screamed at me. "How dare you. You're done. Go find another doctor." They dropped me and forced me to find another doctor. Crazy to treat people this way. 3 weeks in, it's been okay so far. Ease of starting: 5 stars Communication with coordinator: 4 stars. Pete is pretty attentive. Doctor (attention, knowledge): 2 stars. Brief, didn't dig into unique issues or history. Felt like a number. Protocol: 3 stars. They auto prescribe an AI and mix it in to the test if you don't ask them to remove it. They also prescribe Gonadorelin in place of hCG, but at two pulses a week it isn't a replacement for hCG. Research it. If you ask about it, the doc will dismiss you. Pricing: 3.5 stars. Def nice to have everything packaged. But you pay for that convenience.

Less than 1 week in on HRT compound with Estro & Testosterone plus progesterone & pregnalone and starting to feel more energy throughout the day. The blood testing and turnaround for consult with the Dr. for the 1st time was fairly quick. Prescription delivery does take some time but I was told from the office staff that refills are automatic and there will be no wait from month to month.

Very easy to reach for questions and nothing hidden or shady. Definitely recommend

So far everything seems to be really great. They are really professional, explained everything really well, and I was even surprised that they spent time talking to me about me having low glucose even though that has nothing to do with what they provide. They really care for your needs and don’t skimp on the medicines you need even though it’s a flat rate every month. They give you two other medicines in addition to the testosterone, and they explain why they are all important. I highly recommend if you are on a strict budget and still want the best treatment possible by people who care that you are a success and healthy at the same time.

It was an excellent experience with the exception of the Pharmacy choosing FedEx Ground to ship the meds. The package arrived almost a week late and mangled! God bless UPS and USPS!
