I was on trt from another trt provider and as soon as I switched to you guys I can’t even get an erections anymore. Kinda pissed thinking the extra 50$ it cost might be worth going back to other provider.

I was place on hormone replacement but is was always off a specially my testosterone levels. Twice adjusted but higher post adjustment than the first time. It wasn’t addressed properly and I canceled my subscription. No one called me after no see if I was better. Not professional

I am sorry to hear this. Medications have different affects in each person which is why we make the adjustments off your labs and consults. However you left the program before we can make futher adjustments.

Where to start. Started me off with default ai compounded TRT No hcg available Gonadotropin became unavailable and now they give me pill form. It’s not even useful in being charged for it when I shouldn’t be, I don’t even want it but forced to use it.

We are sorry for the inconvience this may have caused you. We are licensed in most States, however certain States have strict laws on certain medications being dispensed in their State. We do treat patients in your State for other services, just not the service you requested. If there is anything we can do to assist you in the future please let us know.

The fees were never explained clearly. The monthly fee is emphasized. But there distinction between admin fees and monthly fees are not explained verbally. However the documentation received after the order ships explains the non-refundable charges. It’s deceptive by omission. Which is sad because otherwise it’s a wonderfully personal experience, text, call, email. They take care of you. All questions and concerns, they are very accessible.

You did not have a real experience as you never signed up so we are not sure what the basis for this review is.
