I've been involved with several TRT clinics over the years, Royal medical is truly a Godsent, thier customer service is second to none, they follow up with me on a consistent basis, thier friendly and attentive staff walk you thru the process, with videos and one on one, the process is simple and they make every effort to attend to my needs, I wish I went with royal med years ago, the doctors are awesome, thank you! Royal medical you guys rock!😀

So Let me begin by saying that this is the real deal. The staff at Royal Medical Center is great. Ivan and Peter helped walk me through the process and went above and beyond to make sure to answer me back whenever I called. Dr Rodriguez was great very personable and easy to talk to. My levels were low bc of taking test from the gym. I explained this and there was absolutely no judgement and they got me sorted out just fine! Have already recommended to friends. Legit.

I did extensive research before I decided on using Royal Medical. I initially choose to use their services based on lower overall cost compare to others- especially locally in NE Florida. When something is more cost effective than others, there’s usually a compromise. I have found my experience so far to be outstanding. From the office staff answering all my questions in timely manner to the Doctor going over my lab work and explaining his plan of action, everything has exceeded my expectations. I was able to fill out the application online and within a hour or so I received clear step by step information on what to do in order to move forward. I was able to go the same day (Wednesday) and have a physical performed at my neighborhood CVS Minute Clinic. I was able to schedule my lab work online to be performed locally at LabCorp the following Wednesday. This could have happened sooner but I choose a date that best fit my schedule. The following Thursday I had a video consultation with my Dr to give the details. I had my prescription shipped by Tuesday. So I started the initial contact on 1/20 and had my prescription on 2/2. This was more than reasonable to me considering the dynamics of COVID-19 as well as getting the physical and lab work out of town and performed on my schedule. Obviously, I would highly recommend their services based on my favorably experience which exceeded my expectations.

Since my Wife and I have been we with Royal Medical, they have been nothing but the best in overall customer service and have always treated us as valued customers. Any time we have had to contact them with any questions, they have been friendly and eager to help us and treat us as their highest priority! We truly appreciate the rarity of Excellent Customer Service in a time where any customer service is hard to find. Please keep up the Great Work!

RMC has been awesome and super easy from the get go. From the easy and quick process to get going, to the consultation with The Doc, my many questions and concerns have all been answered and I felt very comfortable with RMC and with the decision to start HRT. I’m only 2.5 weeks in but I’m already starting to feel like my old self. I can’t wait to see what the future hold once my levels normalize. Thank you to RMC, nothing but praise here.
