Renewal went quick and easy
Did the video visit for my card renewal and got approved same day, then Leafwell emailed the card a couple days later. Took maybe 20 minutes and they told me the state fee upfront.

Initial visit for my certification was…
Initial visit for my certification was great. Mine expired and I was not able to renew before today because I was caregiver for my mother who just died on under Hospice care at home. What they don't tell you is that for your video apt you gotta wait till your doctor works, and mine is 1 day a week. So no script and my mother died and I'm loosing my mind. They won't make a call an ask my DOC for a 5 minute apt. My last doctor called me at 9pm when renewing before to make sure my MEDICINE was available for me. They could care less. After this time since I already paid I have to wait a week and I can't stop crying and I am loosing my mind. No help

Hello Thomas. Please accept my condolences on the loss of your mother. Your state requires that patients see the same provider for renewal certification who approved them in person initially. Due to this state requirement, we would be unable to transfer you to a new provider to be seen. I apologize for the frustration caused.

Hi my name is Jeremiah and I bought a medical card I got approved it was easy and simple, but i did not get the medical card instead I got the physician statement and a card saying “we were unable to print and mail your plastic ID card because we did not have a valid photo on file”.
