Daily Walks, Quick Updates, and Total Peace of Mind
We had a wonderful experience with Javier. Communication was quick and responsive, and he took our dog out for walks several times a day. My dog's caretaker was very responsible, very honest, and very reliable. I trusted her completely. And I was glad to know that she was background checked before giving full access to my home and my dog.
The rate I paid for 1 hour of service, however, was outrageous. It was nearly $50 for 1 hour. I would hesitate to use rover.com again as it is simply way too expensive, unsustainable for seniors or the middle class.

Rover does not care about the safety of animals and allows sitters with abusive behavior to continue booking stays with other owners. Not okay!

Los cuidadores no estamos cubiertos
Hasta el momento todo había ido bien. Siempre hemos ejercido de cuidadores. El problema llega cuando puedas tener un accidente y que un perro te muerda, como ha sido mi caso. No cubren nada, no tienen un seguro de nada y te dan vueltas para que les mandes correos explicando las mismas cosas un y otra vez y que les adjuntes documentación una y otra vez. Es deplorable. Además, de no dar un buen servicio a la arte propietaria de los erros, ya que los cuidadores que puedan ser atacados por el perro, deben plantearse denunciar para salvaguardar su salud física, emocional y económica. Es absolutamente inaceptable. Se llevan mucho dinero ara que no guarden unos mínimos de seguridad ara todas las artes, incluida la empresa. Es una pena, ero son animales y no tienen culpa, ara los cuidadores genera desconfianza en la app y te curas en salud, ero implica no coger determinados perros por miedo a incidentes y ver perjudicada tu salud y comprometido tu trabajo al tener que coger una baja.

Rover is Easy and Safe!
I found sitters in my area without any problem at all. The Rover website/app made it very easy to communicate with them. The sitters I chose (a couple) had a lot of experience with older dogs and were very thorough, kind and loving with my dog. I felt completely comfortable having them drop in a few times a day to walk her and feed her.

Drop in service from Anita
Anita was fabulous! Our senior pug was well thing care of, meds given correctly, pictures and getting brushed while enjoying the weather. We wanted drop in visits so he would be more comfortable in his own house, rather than boarding.
We would certainly reach out to Anita again for pet sitting services and are 100% comfortable in referring her to others.
