I’ve had a horrible experience recently…
I’ve had a horrible experience recently with Rover. I had a pet sitting in my home for a dog for two nights. I picked up the dog from the owner’s home and the owner was supposed to pick up their dog at the end of the boarding. Well the owner never picked up their dog and I made multiple calls and messages to them and to their emergency contact. I dealt with Rover for multiple days and did not get support. Rover does not care about the pet service providers or the animals. Essentially, I am stuck with the consequences of the owner abandoning their dog. Unfortunately, I did have prior obligations and have been dividing my time to meet the needs of both.

I am a sitter with them
I am a sitter with them , I would not rate them ,they are disorganised , my clients don’t find it easy to pay , and when I get a request for sitting if it’s a long length of time they don’t let them reply back to me. , I have experienced this by other sitters names coming up in customer contact , which they shouldn’t be able to contact me unless booked ,I am leaving company ,had bad experience from beginning

Rover Zeittermine frei und nach Nachfrage doch nicht
Habe 3 Sitter geschrieben, alle 3 waren in der gewünschten Zeit frei, alle 3 haben nach nochmal nachfragen geantwortet. Einmal hat keine Zeit hat Arbeit gefunden, einmal will Arbeitsstelle suchen erstmal keine Zeit. 3. auch keine Zeit. Und Rover bietet nur an soll doch andere Sitter finden. Das Rover Verhalten das allerletzte.
