This company is the absolute best. I will be a forever customer to them after using their shampoo and conditioner only few months. It is the only hair product and I tried millions natural salon stuff everything and nothing worked as well as this stuff. My over oily hair that looks and feels oily in one day after washing but yet the scalp is dry and itchy is finally cured no more itchiness no more excessive oils and I can condition my hair after every use and it still isn't oily for at least 3 days. Makes my hair look and feel so healthy and smell nice too. The people that run the company are also so kind and wonderful. They work with you, you don't like something they fix it for you. No better place to buy hair products.

I canceled my subscription 7/2024 and got a charge from them for a product I didn't order for $49.32. I asked for refund and an explanation. There response was vague and wanted shipping label and order number. They were looking at my account and verified it was canceled when I told them to. So, refund my money. Routine is stalling to refund. I'm disgusted.

The fact that I could purchase the sample pack first.. I was then sold on the product itself plus the scents to choose from are delicious (customer service replied quick when I asked a question)

As I have been getting older, my hair has been getting so thin and frail. I was finding pieces of my hair everywhere- on my clothes, pillow and everywhere throughout the house. I was desperate to find something that would help. I tried Routine shampoo and conditioner. About two months later my hair quit falling out and has become stronger and not as thin. Besides that, it is so shiny and healthy looking again! I am amazed!

At 82 I think this shampoo helps the hair a lot! You only need a very small amount of conditioner. Two great products!

I have normal hair but have always had a lot fall out during shampooing or brushing. As I get older, post menopause, I was concerned it was getting thinner and possibly wouldn't grow back. I got sucked in by the adverts and positive reviews on my socials and thought it was worth a punt just once to pay the price for the shampoo and conditioner to see if it helped. Having used it for a month I wanted to write an honest review of my experience. Yes it smells nice, I've got the coconut and vanilla, and my hair feels clean and smooth, but I have not noticed any improvement in the amount of hair falling out, texture, shine, volume or anything else it/the reviews claims to help with. I think it's over priced for what seems to be an average shampoo and conditioner. I wish I hadn't believed all the hype and I wouldn't buy again. Just my opinion, maybe it's worked for others but I don't think it's the miracle us ladies of a certain age are looking for or that we led to believe in other reviews 😁.

Great customer service and OUTSTANDING products‼️

I use the Shampoo and conditioner a bit over a month, it did nothing to my hair, my hair are falling out the same as it was, nothing changed at all, it is not worth of that price, there are products which will leave my hair nicer and cost much less. The other thing is that the first shipment did not arrive, I contacted the company and they ship it again, but once it arrived it was without the travel set, I contacted the company regarding it, and I got reply that to get the travel set it has to be added when doing the order and they cannot now to ship only the travel set. Seriously? I did add travel set to my order, but once it did not arrive, the company re-ship the order without the travel set. I gave the products a time to see if it will improve my hair or at least decrease my hair shedding, and unfortunately it is 37 days when I recive my order, so I missed 30-days guarantee.
