I have used Routine Shampoo and conditioner for two years! Great product - it does what it says it wil do. My hair is not falling out , it’s very healthy and has gotten thicker! Bravo to Routine!

I am considering buying but having read many of the reviews I can never understand why it would work for some and not others - to me it makes no sense, anyone have any answers? It’s not a cheap product if it doesn’t work is it, I get very fed up with what can only be described as false advertising that we are constantly bombarded with

I started using Routine Products after a serious illness, in which I was septic. I had emergency surgery and was in the hospital for 12 days. From August 1st through the 12th 2025. Once I started recovering, my hair started falling out in November 2025. I tried another product, that did nothing to stop or even slow the hair loss. In January 2026 I purchased Routine Hair Products. I use the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, scalp serum and oral supplements. My hair had gotten so thin you could clearly see my scalp. My ponytail was half the size of a #2 pencil. From 3 inches in diameter. Now I'm back to my normal fullness. It's shorter now. But it has grown about 6 inches in 9 months. For a 66 year old woman 6 inches of hair growth is an exceptional amount of hair growth. Not only do they have a great product, but they're customer service is incredible. Tara the customer service representative who has helped me through all sorts of issues, from shipping delays, misordered products, confusion over subscriptions, Tara helped me navigate it all in the most pleasant professional way possible. I give reviews. But nothing like this. I highly recommend Routine Products. I've tried to post photos of the before and now. I'm unable to post the screenshot.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PRODUCTS. Been using Shampoo and Conditioner for approximately 21 months. It was quite a while before there was any difference at all. For a while now, my hair has been like straw, dull, heavy, breaking off, gone really thin and looked a mess. Contacted Routine today. Said it could be my diet, hair care routine/brushing when wet, etc and also suggested that I visit my doctor! Want me to consider buying their Hair Supplement @ £31.20!!!! Their Trustpilot reviews have only 46% 5 stars and a whopping 42% “1 star”. This is not what they state in their advertising.

Product did not arrive.Been waiting for a month now..Ordered August 22.Has been deducted in my account but nothing arrive. Update: have sent a photo of evidence,however delivered in wrong address,this is not my door step,mine is at the top floor.

There are other well known shampoos and conditioners that I have used with fairly good results. Then I saw an ad foe routine, free trial size with any order. So after reading some of the reviews/comments I thought why not try it. My hair was going through some shedding, and wondered if this particular product would help . First ordered the rose hips, let me say the fragrance was wonderful. Not overly perfumed, just a beautiful smell. First time I used the shampoo, I could tell this was different. Then the conditioner, again wonderful fragrance, and I blow dry/ sometimes curl like most of us. Still my hair was shiny , soft and just felt fuller but soft. Husband noticed too. He said my hair smelled good and nice. OK, so I kept using it as my go to routine hair wash and conditioner. It has made such a great difference for me. My hair is no longer shedding, even noticed some new hair growth. Ordered some other fragrances. Thank you Routine for all your wonderful products!
