Don’t waste your money!! I gave it a month and my hair is super dry and limp! It’s still falling out and it looks thinner and lifeless with this product than my old shampoo and conditioner. I will not buy again.

I have been using this for 3 months. At first, it felt like my hair was thicker. Now, I am losing more hair than ever. It also makes my hair break and looks frizzy. Beware, if you leave a bad review on Facebook, they immediately block you. I am done using this product, as I’m losing twice the amount of hair that I was before using this.

Horrible. Actually tried it twice. Shedding like crazy; and left my hair dull and lifeless. Paid a lot of money for nothing.

The Routine Shampoo and conditioner made my hair extremely dray and my hair start braking and falling out I have fine tin hair it is definitely not good for me feels like Medicated is not good I will not use it!

I used this shampoo for three weeks and my hair looked shiny and bouncy but sadly I shed more hair with this shampoo than the other shampoo I was using. I thought if I continued using it the shedding would stop since it was supposed to be an anti-thinning shampoo but it didn’t and I had to go back to my other shampoo where I had less shedding.

Last July I purchased this shampoo. I didn’t like it. I returned it to the company but wrong department and they will not return my money. I went to get my haircut and when the stylist was washing my hair she asked what product was on my hair because my hair was sticky. I never put products on my hair. This is what I think. There is a chemical in the shampoo/conditioner that coats the hair making it feel thicker. So if it feels thicker you think your hair is not falling out. It’s still the same and is not stopping your the hair from thinning. It’s now December and they have been giving me the runaround since last July. I’m a senior on a fixed income. I want my money back.

I bought this shampoo based on the reviews and also because I have psoriasis which I have been able to manage. I have to be very careful of what I use, so I stay away from products with alot of harsh chemicals like sulfates which I notice make my scalp worse. Based on the ingredients listed and reviews I decided to purchase it. Boy did I regret it, first of all the smell is awful does not smell like rose petals, second it made my hair limp and dry and it looked dirty the next day, and lastly my hair was still falling out and my scalp was very itchy and inflamed. I tried using it for a few weeks to give it a chance and it only made my symptoms worse. I had a hard time after this experience to calm my scalp down. I was using head and shoulders with no luck, I tried Nizoral which help a little and T tree oil Stull had the ichyness but not to the extreme that it was when using Routine. I finally went to ulta and spoke with a hair stylist for a recommendation and she was able to recommend a good quality shampoo and conditioner that's PH balanced and finally I have gotten my symptoms under control and my hair has life to it again. My advice stay away from this product

After Covid 12/2022, I had post Covid dyspepsia/severe gastritis and was on 4x+ the prescription med for gastritis for a few months, then I was able to slowly wean myself off. This being said, I was extremely malnourished for months, which is why I had so much hair fall out and/or break off. I probably lost at least 1/2 of my hair or more. It was scary the amount of hair that was falling out in the shower and in my brush!! I had beautiful healthy hair prior to covid. As others, I saw the Routine add and reviews on social media and scrolled through reading a ton of comments before I took the risk to order. I noticed the very FIRST time I shampooed my hair that WAY less hair fell out! I wanted even less to fall out, so per the instructions Routine sent in the package, I stopped using the conditioner. There is hardly any hair loss from shampooing with Routine. My hairdresser noticed new hair growth right away!! Every time I go she notices more. Now, 7 months after beginning Routine I still cannot use ANY rinsing conditioner; I have tried off and on. I use a leave in conditioner only. My hair will fall out a little even with that, but I have to have something for detangling and conditioning. My hair is just now starting to look healthy again. It still has to grow from the strands that originally broke off after covid. Only time can fix that when those pieces grow long enough to be cut off, so it's a long process of years for that! Please excuse the long review, but I personally felt that due to the other bad reviews I should write in my personal experience. I just ordered again and ordered my 2nd bottle of oil, which I have not used since the beginning. My hair is looking good again and I wanted to give it just a little more boost of health. 11/2023
