My order was supposed to arrive yesterday but hasn’t. After reading these reviews I am excited to try it. Please can you advise who to contact.

I never write reviews and especially not for a shampoo as they are mostly disappointing or give temporary results. I'm late 30s and had noticed a huge increase in hair shedding, two handfuls per shower, and it was really upsetting. I hunted the Internet and found Routine. I was concerned it would be another waste of money like others had been, but desperate for a fix I ordered. The delivery wasn't the fastest, but I'm in the UK and they cover all postage and customs and keep you well updated via the courier. It wasn't more that 9 days, so certainly not excessive! I have been using the shampoo and hair mask or shampoo and conditioner for 4 weeks or so and I am blown away! From the first wash my hair had body and volume and was SO shiny, but felt clean, light and bouncy not weighed down. By the third wash I noticed less hair loss, at least half. By wash 10 I lose 10 strands per wash. Mind blown! I dont know what wizardry it is, but it works! Really works! Have just reordered along with the hair serum as I never want to run out. I'm never impressed by shampoo....until now!

I would give this company a -10 if I could. Bought this shampoo over a year ago. Bought 3 months worth and then cancelled. Today after a year they charged me for more product that I did not authorize. Texted and told them I did not want the product since I cancelled it a year ago. After getting the run around they have agreed to cancel it but will not refund my money. As for as I’m concerned they are scamming me for something I didn’t aurthorize. If you are smart don’t buy this product if you plan at some point to cancel because of any reason. There is nothing sacred as far as they’re concerned.

Excellent customer services, great products, my hair isn’t breaking or shedding as much now, feels lovely and no synthetic feel at all with others I’ve used in past, can’t recommend enough, only criticism is I can’t figure out how to refer a friend and it takes a while to deliver to uk as comes from USA I think but I’ve realised I order sooner Excellent

Don’t waste your money. I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner, then read these reviews and tried to cancel the order within minutes of ordering. They refused to cancel the order even though the order had not yet been processed. Eventually the products arrived and they do not live up to the hype. There’s is zero scent of rose or anything else, my hair is lank greasy and lifeless, and tangles and breaks very easily, despite persisting with the products for 2 months. Total waste of money and poor customer service.

I bought Routine shampoo and conditioner in good faith after doing my research and reading positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. After using the products as directed, my hair became thinner than ever. I contacted the company and was told I needed to use the product for at least a month to see results. I followed their instructions and waited the full month, but saw no improvement. When I reached out again, I was told I wasn't eligible for a refund because I was now past the 30-day window. It feels like a complete scam — no results, no accountability, and no customer support. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone.

It is advertised that shipment is within 24 hours. It has almost been a month and I have not yet received my order.😕😕😕 My order came two hours after I wrote the above review. The condition of the parcel in which I received it is in every way unacceptable. Unfortunately there is not a way to share the photos.

The shampoo and conditioner left my hair extremely dry, brittle and caused more breakage than other shampoos.
