We specifically instructed the carrier to ensure delivery on February 14th. Unfortunately, once the package was in their hands, we lost control over the final delivery, and they did not adhere to the requested timing. According to the tracking information for order #112375, your package was delivered to your mailbox at 1:29 PM on February 18, 2025, in Chicago, IL.
