Be careful with paid orders... they don't arrive on the agreed date and they don't give you any explanation and they tell you that if they don't arrive in 10 more days you should tell them... do I have to be more attentive than them... is it a premium brand?

Le 29 novembre je passais commande, ils m ont envoyé le colis le 10 décembre le 13 FedEx perdait mon colis .j ai reçu un mail de FedEx qui me disait qu ils remboursaient rogue fitness et que c'était donc à eux de me rembourser le colis perdu.Depuis plus personne ne me repond 70 euros perdu pour moi et le cadeau de noel jamais arrivé.

Prices change by the second with this company. The twin stack functional trainer I had in my cart for 3 days went up 3K! Not $300, but $3000! Insane to say the least. I changed NOTHING in my cart. Could I still buy it? Yes... Would I? NO! I don't get offended at the drop of a hat like most do today, however when you claim to be pro military and price gouge service members I have an issue. The salaries in the military for those who have served as we know is minimal. Apparently they mean "We support upper level officers and screw the rest". These young people can't buy 10-30K gyms on their salaries. This is one greedy American company I refuse to support. I pivoted and happily purchased from 2 rival brands, while saving literally 50%. Rogue doesn't exist to me anymore and personally I hope the go bankrupt. I'm sure that won't be the case, but I am sure of one thing and that is they will NEVER get another penny from me.

I ordered a Concept2 RowERG in the fall of 2024. Initially I ordered the wrong item and was able to cancel the order without issue. After re-ordering the correct item, it arrived within 48hrs of ordering including going through customs at no cost to me. The item was packaged in the original box from the manufacturer and was in good shape. Sad to hear that others have had issues with Rogue Fitness. My experience was excellent and I would recommend them to friends and colleagues.
