Horrible company. A truly terrible company. My order has not been delivered after three weeks, and UPS confirmed they never even received it. Customer service keeps telling me to wait, over and over again, constantly making excuses. I have contacted them five or six times, and there is still no progress. This is an absolutely awful company！

I had purchased a Rogue Echo bike, and from the beginning, I had issues with the bike, so I contacted customer service. They wanted me to troubleshoot the issue, but did not bother to listen to what I said was the possible issue. Instead, they wanted me to "troubleshoot" the issues. Basically, they sent a few emails telling me to take things apart and try to fix them or replace them, depending on the part. The issue was that they were not even attempting to fix the actual problem because when I said what the issue was, they said it was not that, and it was probably something else. It was at that point that I gave up and said I had had enough, and they still sent me another troubleshooting email. I asked for a replacement, and they said okay. The only easy part. Mind you, all of this was transpiring over a week, as they are not in any kind of hurry to help you with your expensive purchases. Over a period of 2 weeks, I get my new bike, and then another issue transpires with the pickup. Can you pick up and deliver the same day? nope. Okay, no big deal. They scheduled a pickup for September 9th between 1 and 5. Well, they did not show up nor did they bother to contact me as they should have to explain that they may be running late or need to reschedule. So, I contacted them and told them the issue. They tell me they have no information for me and will contact me as soon as they do. Well, it is 6 pm and I am now expected to take a bike off a pallet, I was told to strap it to. Just nothing but issues with this company from the beginning of my purchase to the end. I was going to attempt to transition my gym over to a more Rogue aesthetic look from Titan Fitness Gym. I will 100% be going back to Titan Fitness. Always great customer service and great equipment. I am angry that I attempted to buy anything from this company. I do like the bike, but there are better options out there for the price.

Don’t order from Canada!!! Need to return or exchange? They’ll ask you to pay shipping back to them internationally.

Really awful customer service. Said they could not verify my payment, which is absurd since I doublechecked the address listed on my file and it matched my card. Then asked me to pay by Paypal, like some sort of scam from the year 2005. Highly recommend you purchase equipment elsewhere.

This is a follow-up to a review I wrote on 7/31/2025. In fairness to Rogue Fitness, after seeing my review, [presumably] the company contacted me and offered to waive the shipping on the 35s. While it's reasonable to feel they missed an opportunity on the first round, a savvy customer service rep, took action to make the situation 'right'. For that reason, I bumped-up the rating to 3-stars. Thanks Rogue!

Appalling customer service and incorrect sized items and denied receiving returned package claiming it was “customs fault” Received a shirt for my son who is 8; the T-shirt was way too small for him and so returned the item via Royal Mail to their Brussels address, which is on the email they sent me for the return. Weeks later hear nothing, no refund. Ask whether received, not received say “with customs” thankfully purchased through Amex so refunded and they can deal with this extremely poor company. So many better options elsewhere…

After completing the 1000lb Challenge, a Rogue Fitness “judge” determined that my attempt did not meet their criteria. As a result, I was denied the shirt that was included with the $30 registration fee. I requested a refund since I was not receiving the product I paid for, but Rogue rudely denied the request and provided no explanation. Given the lack of transparency and poor customer service, I will no longer support this company.
