Have to give them a bad review because…
Have to give them a bad review because they took my money for overnight shipping then did not ship it, resulting in my nephew having nothing for his birthday. Seriously not impressed.

Hello Tom, Thank you for your feedback, we apologize for the outcome of your order, we experienced a system lag yesterday due to a very large data file error causing for orders not meeting the cut off to ship some Canadian orders, as you know we have shipped several of your orders in the past in timely manners, this was an isolated case and we are truly sorry that your nephew did not get his package. Lieferung könnte verbessert werden.
Die Ware war einwandfrei. Allerdings lief die Lieferung über GLS: der Bote ist verschwunden, ohne einen Zettel zu hinterlassen. Eine Benachrichtigung per Email habe ich auch nicht erhalten. Zum Glück habe ich den Lieferstatus selbst online nachgeschaut und konnte mein Paket abholen, bevor es zurückgesendet wurde.

great company to deal with
great company to deal with. My order shipped out quickly but Canada Post was late so Robotshop immediately reimbursed me for the shipping costs without me asking for it! I will order from them again!
