Hello, We are sorry for the outcome of your transaction and the fact that your order was part of the Brexit chaos. We would like to clarify that we do have a UK website as well as a Hub that is used for return purposes only, however, our main warehouse for Europe is located in the Netherlands and must therefore pass through customs. Keep in mind that this wasn't a RobotShop issue, but a global one and it now fully resolved on our end. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your faith in Robotshop.

Hello James, As we've explained to you via our support center, the Brexit late deal as created issues with courrier not being electronic compliant in issuing DDP with most suppliers, our teams are working together to get this resolved, in the meantime the only way is to pay the fees and we provide refunds. As your fees have been paid as well as refunded, we are happy to see that both packages have been delivered to your location today. Please note that a package is normally having issues to reach destination due to an error in the address as opposed to name on the order. Your package has now been successfully returned to our facility and a full refund was provided.
