They said the first month was $39 so I signed up then ONE DAY later tried to charge my card $149 the fee for the following month… i haven’t even gotten my first order!

I had sought a prescription from my GP and Sleep Specialist with no result or help. Turning 72, I am pressed to feel better about myself, to be considerably healthier, and get back to my energetic self. For the first time in a very long time, I feel heard and supported. The first months fee was deducted from my bank, which I budgeted for, however I would like a notice for the next pending " charge". I am not tech savvy, but this process has been very good. Thank you so much for your help, support and encouragement.

I had a great experience so far. I do think it’s a little pricey, but that’s the way of the day. I reached out to them, a tad early too, because I thought I should’ve heard a response by that time. They were kind in their response and extremely helpful. Not only that, but the question I had asked, it was sorted before I even got their response so double kudos to the team. I would absolutely recommend the service so far. I haven’t gotten the product yet, and I am always hesitant to give feedback before that happens, but this company has been so on point with every other part of the encounter that I feel safe doing so. Excellent work, excellent coordination and timely service. Thank you!
