My delivery was delayed for 4 days. When I received it all of the ice packs were totally melted into liquid. The temperature of the box was 60 degrees inside. The first response I received ,after I notified them of my delivery , was to not use the medication and that they would review the problem. Now I have been getting emails saying “your medication has been delivered “ and I have not had any further information as to whether I should use it or not. Very frustrating and poor customer service

1st ill start with the false advertisement of prices. Ad said zero fees up front. Originally had a thirty nine dollar membership, and it said it would be waived. Set a medication said it was $119 per month. However, I was charged at the $39 and then they wanted to up the charge to a $199. I received a message that said my insurance would not cover. However, I had already validated my insurance before Even trying and it was covered. They have false advertisement and mislead customers. Dont use them. It is also impossible to actually talk to anyone. You have to email them and everyone, just you just end up with The exact same message over and over. They do not care about actually reading the email and taking care of the customer.

This company is a scam. All of their advertising is for low cost meds. It says get started for $39. That doesnt cover ANYTHING. next, it had me pay $338 for 2 months of medications. I have been on glp-1s before, and this company has such a low efficacy of its glp-1s that i gained weight. Last time i lost 20 lbs in the first month on the low dose. Next, just before my 2nd prepaid meds shipped, they charged me $149 for a monthly fee that has nothing to cover medication costs. Any time you try to reach out to someone it takes days to get a canned AI response. This is garbage medication and they lie qbout the costs of meds. Dont go here. Hers.com is cheaper and more effective and at least their medicine works.
