I've been using Ro's skincare products for over the past 2 years and absolutely love them! The service has been seamless, clear, and so easy to navigate (plus it was way cheaper than going through my Derm). My provider has been great at answering my questions, responding to my requests, and titrating my formula to make sure I'm maximizing my care. Would recommend!

First month $99.00 no drug yet for weight loss. Second month billed $135.00 auto billed, no drug yet for weight loss? Went had blood work, took pictures of myself, legal Texas I.D. …. They say I’m approved??? Still Fat and still fat… second month out more money no weight loss drug??? Getting expensive to just email people on Ro.. Have to say I guess I need to call American Express to cancel so called membership 👎🏼 Worst part my husband told me so.

Response time, confusing responses and lack of a phone number has been very hard to deal with. I hope that they read these reviews and begin to change their customer service for the better, I will be happy to change my review then as well. At this time it seems that the delays happen until your monthly fee is charges each month and then miraculously the delays are fixed

For several weeks Ro has said they've sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I have followed up multiple times and all I get is... we're looking into it. This isn't good enough. It now looks like I'll miss my prescription for four weeks and Ro... is looking into it. Don't bother with Ro, go somewhere else.

Possibly the worst service I've ever received. Each month Ro tells me they have sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I call the pharmacy to be told they have not received it. I message Ro, they apologize and then actually send it. This has now happened 4 months in a row. Ro's customer service is so slow that the above process often takes 2 weeks and I'm left at least a week late with my medicine.

Save yourself from wasted time and frustration! They sent my prescription supposedly to the pharmacy for a refill and when I called to check they never sent anything to the pharmacy. All I get from customer service is the basic we’re looking into it but no definite answers. Go with another company for your weight loss journey.
