Ro.co is a very intuitive website that's easy to navigate and get the information I need. I recently got prescribed Oral Minoxidil and the whole process from end to end was seamless and productive. I've even recommended Ro to some friends who were experiencing similar issues with hair loss.

This company is horrible. If I could leave a negative review I would. They keep auto drafting my card and I never used their products. Run as fast as possible away from Ro!!!!!!

They were fine for my lash serum, but were trash for ozempic. They never could seem to get the pre-authorization straight. I had to follow up with them every month to make sure they called the right number. They literally charge a monthly fee to administer the prescription but yet can’t do the simple task of contacting your insurance at the correct number. I canceled the program because their customer service is terrible. Amazon pharmacy wanted to call them to guide them but guess what there’s no phone number published.

The site was easy to use and doctors were caring and gave great advice.
